1. Using pashutFree
Using the pashutFree website and services is subject to these Terms of Service in full. Browsing the site, creating an account or using any part of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Informational content only
pashutFree provides recipes, cooking guides, tips and dietary information for general informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. No part of the content constitutes, and should not be relied upon as, medical, nutritional, allergy, dietary or other professional advice. For any question involving a medical condition, allergy, sensitivity or special diet, consult a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional before acting on this information.
3. Allergy and kitchen safety — full disclaimer
Ingredient, allergen and nutritional information shown on the site is a general aid only, based on the data available for a recipe at the time of publication. Product formulations, manufacturing processes, substitutions, brands and home kitchens vary and may change without notice, so the absence of cross-contact with allergens or complete accuracy of nutritional data cannot be guaranteed. Full and sole responsibility for checking product labels, ingredients, preparation methods, equipment and cooking conditions, and for supervising children in the kitchen, rests with the user. Use of any recipe or related information is entirely at the user's own risk, and pashutFree is not liable for any bodily injury, health issue, property damage or other harm — including allergic reaction, foodborne illness or kitchen injury — arising from reliance on the content or use of the kitchen, except where caused by pashutFree's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
4. Accounts and community content
Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Comments, ratings and photos submitted by users may be reviewed, edited or removed at pashutFree's discretion, including where content is offensive, misleading or infringing. By submitting content, you grant pashutFree a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, moderate and technically reproduce it solely to operate the service. You retain ownership of the content you submit.
5. Sources, copyright and intellectual property
Site design, original text, photography created by pashutFree and the underlying software are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights, and unauthorised use is prohibited. Referencing a factual source or recipe idea does not transfer, and should not be understood as transferring, ownership of any third party's text, image or work. A rights holder who believes content on the site infringes their copyright is invited to contact us through the site's contact form, providing details of the infringing content and its exact location on the site, so it can be reviewed and removed if warranted.
6. Affiliate links
Some identified product links on the site may be affiliate links, including links under Amazon's affiliate programmes. In these cases, pashutFree may receive a commission on a purchase made through the link, at no added cost to the buyer. The presence of an affiliate link is not an exclusive endorsement and is not a guarantee of the product's safety, suitability for a particular allergy, price or seller reliability.

9. Contact, governing law and jurisdiction
The service is operated under the pashutFree brand. Questions about these Terms of Service, including clarifications, complaints or requests, should be sent only through the contact form available on the site. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply the law of another jurisdiction. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
