  1. 1Cut the cauliflower into florets and clean well.
  2. 2If using frozen cauliflower florets, heat in the microwave until softened, after 3-5 minutes.
  3. 3Transfer the cauliflower to a blender and add water.
  4. 4Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into a cheese cloth and filter the excess liquid.
  6. 6In a saucepan over medium-low heat, stir the mixture continuously for about 5 minutes.
  7. 7Add the psyllium fibers and mix well for another 2 minutes.
  8. 8If desired, add palm oil and mix until you reach the desired texture.
  9. 9Place in the fridge for an hour to set.
  10. 10To finish, serve alongside your favourite soup.
