No-Bake Peanut Butter Marshmallow Snacks

   1Tear the marshmallow into small pieces or leave whole if you are using mini marshmallows.

   2If you are using a large marshmallow, chop it up in a food processor.
3. 

   3Chop walnuts in a food processor if they are not already chopped.
4. 

   4In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, with the honey added last.
5. 

   5Mix well (using your hands is recommended) and roll into bite-sized balls.
6. 

   6Coat the balls in additional shredded coconut after freezing.
7. 

   7Makes about 20-21 balls.
8. 

   8Freeze or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
