1In a small pot, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. After the water boils, add the cinnamon stick, reduce the heat and cook for 7-8 minutes.
2Remove from the heat and add the honey and lime juice.
3Pour into two glasses, and add a honeycomb to each.
