7Fill each mould with the mixture, up to 3/4 height.
8Bake for 20 to 25 minutes; it is ready when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
9Leave the cakes to cool in the pan for an hour before transferring to a cooling rack.
10Decorate with whipped cream or strawberry meringue whipped cream according to your choice.
