  2. 2In a bowl, mix the seasoning powder, 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, the ketchup and the chicken.
  3. 3Put the chicken cubes on 8 skewers and place on the grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are completely cooked.
  4. 4Heat the sunflower oil in a wok on high heat.
  5. 5Add the green onion, noodles and sprouts to the hot wok and sauté for 4-5 minutes until everything is heated.
  6. 6Season with the soy sauce and the remaining hoisin sauce, and divide into 4 bowls.
  7. 7Serve each bowl with 2 chicken skewers.
