1Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease and place baking paper in a cake pan with a diameter of 20 cm.
2In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and coarse salt.
3Make three holes in the dry mixture. In one hole, pour the vegetable oil; in the second hole, the vinegar; And thirdly, the vanilla extract.
4Pour the cold water over all the ingredients and mix until the mixture comes together, being careful not to mix too much.
5Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and level the top.
6Bake in the center of the oven for 45 minutes or until the top springs back when gently touched.
7Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
8If the cake has height, cut off the top to get a flat surface.
9In a mixing bowl, beat the vegetable butter until the mixture is smooth.
