4Beat for 7-8 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
5Add the vanilla extract and beat for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture resembles a marshmallow.
6Gently fold in the peach jam with a silicone spatula until the mixture is uniform.
7Transfer the marshmallow to a large glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. With fruit, biscuits or desserts!
