1Do not plug in the bread machine yet.
2Add 4 half cups of white flour to the basket of the bread machine.
3Then, add 1 teaspoon of coarse salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 three-quarters cup of cold water.
4Put 1 teaspoon of yeast in the yeast chamber. If your machine does not have a separate compartment, add it to the basket with the other components.
5Connect the bread machine, choose XL size, basic bread, and medium color. It will take about 4 hours.
6When the bread is ready, leave it for 10-15 minutes to allow the 'butterfly' at the bottom of the basket to release when you turn the bread.
7Wrap the bread in plastic wrap and cover with a towel until it cools to keep it soft.
8Spread the bread and store in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for up to a week.
